Pulser (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pulser mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

1.1 Voluntarily Provided Data
- Account & Support: If you choose to register or contact us for support, we collect your name and email address.
- Feedback & Surveys: Any feedback or survey responses you submit.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
- Device & Usage Data: We collect non-personal information about your device (model, OS version, unique device ID) and how you interact with the App (features used, session duration, crash logs).
- IP Lookup Requests: When you use the IP lookup/Whois feature, the IP or hostname you query is sent to our third-party lookup service; we do not store that data on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- App Functionality: To provide SSH, Telnet, SFTP, IP lookup, and related features.
- Performance & Improvement: To diagnose crashes, analyze usage patterns, and optimize the App.
- Support: To respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Security: To prevent, detect, and remediate abuse or unauthorized access.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted third parties who help operate the App (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, IP lookup APIs).
- Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure—use the App at your own risk.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when data is transferred.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
